Sharon Birzer is a standup comic from as Nomi Malone says, in the classic SHOWGIRLS, is from “Different Places!”. She spent time in the US Navy during the Cold War. She graduated from Western States Chiropractic College with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2000. Her comedy is based on her adventures interacting with people, private personal thoughts (aka her mystique), and her relationship with her younger partner, the Child Bride. She has performed at the Redwood Comedy Festival, Femprovfest, Freak Show San Jose and Punchline San Francisco. She was a finalist at Funny Fest Bay Area 2016 and the winner in 2019. She performed at the first Military Pride for the California National Guard. She is a engaging speaker and storyteller performing often at the The Moth in San Francisco.
